Cherub Creams Organics

I know, I know, I have been a terrible blogger (I’ve been addicted to Netflix and also finding a full-time job can be very time consuming). Not to worry, I am back and ready to take on the holidays. Did everyone take advantage of Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals? I know I did, I took advantage of some Etsy Shops that have been on my list.

My Thoughts: Fall is my favorite season, and nothing says fall like pumpkins. Now that it is getting colder, my lip’s best friend has been lip balm.  The lip balm is infused with amazing oils that leave lips moist, it is the perfect fall combination. When I first applied the lip balm it was too oily for my lips, so if you don’t like oil base balms this lip balm is not for you. Winter is quickly approaching and the cold air has really chapped my lips. The oils in the lip balm absorb quickly now rather than leaving my lips too oily. My lips are left soft with a hint of pumpkin latte that is not overpowering. The Alkanet Root Powder gives enough tint for a flush of rosy lip color.
Ingredients: Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Coffee-infused Jojoba Oil, Organic Cocoa Butter, Unbleached Beeswax, Vitamin E, Essential Oils (for scent and flavor), Alkanet Root Powder (for color)

Age-Reversing Eye Cream Description: “This eye cream is the bees knees! I started getting dark circles and laugh lines after my first child, and bought everything under the sun to make it stop. Nothing worked for me, not even a smidgen. Sound familiar? So I thought I’d try to make my own. I saw results on the first morning after I used this! I woke up to a face that looked awake and lovely, not my typical I-got-up-4-times-to-feed-a-chubby-baby-last-night face! Am I using too many exclamation points?! It’s because I’m SO EXCITED to have found something that works! Ya’ll. This stuff is good. With great stuff in it like carrot seed oil and DNA repairing Frankincense, and a lovely relaxing scent, I hope you enjoy it! But don’t stop at baggy eyes! This works for crow’s feet, frown lines, forehead wrinkles, and even sun spots!”
My Thoughts: Infused with some of my favorite oils, the eye cream is solidified into tubes for easy application. Although it is called a cream, it is more of a eye balm (in my opinion) that is very moisturizing. I have been applying the eye cream at night, and in the morning the skin around my eyes are left soft, non puffy, and dark circle free. Not only do I apply the eye cream to my eye area, but any dry patches that need extra moisture. Since the eye cream is mostly oil base, a little goes a long way. I was really excited the eye cream contained Frankincense oil. Frankincense is one of my favorite oils, it is full of antioxidant benefits that are great for the skin as well as the other ingredients included.
