Whole Clarity

It’s really hard for me to find a natural deodorant that works. I’m not sure how many I have tried, but I know it’s been a lot. It also does not help that Texas winter weather has been really unpredictable. One day it could be 80 degrees and the next day 50 degrees, so I am either really sweaty or normal most days.

I was contacted by Whole Clarity, a brand that is passionate about beauty, mindful living, meditation, and happiness. Whole Clarity was founded by Connie Dasilva.

Lavender Stick Deodorant Description:

My Thoughts: I am often running around work, home, or the gym, so it helps to have a great deodorant under my arms. This deodorant glides on nicely, it is a bit gritty but not irritating on my skin. It does seem to cut down on the sweating a bit, but not as much as I would like. My main concern was the odor and it did a great job in masking my smell. I only applied it once and it lasted almost all day. The scent of lavender is light, pleasant, and not overpowering. It is hard to find an all natural product that actually works, but this product worked amazingly! My only complaint would be… it left an oily residue under one of my shirts. I would suggest applying it and letting it dry prior to putting on a shirt. Overall, this product was a win for me.

PH Balancer Description:

Natural deodorant can be very alkalizing and that’s a good thing. But it can also cause irritation. Spray this before applying if you get an itchy or red rash. The acid balances your PH levels so you can continue use. Mist on and allow to dry then apply deodorant as usual.

My Thoughts: I usually do not develop irritation to baking soda or other ingredients. So it was really hard for me to test this product. If you are one that usually develops a rash, then I would suggest you give this product a try. I did spray the product prior to applying the deodorant and you can definitely smell the Apple Cider Vinager, but once it dries the smell fades. The product did not cause irritation and I did find that it helped more with sweating and keeping odor away longer.

Ingredients: Distilled water, Acetic acid (Apple Cider Vinegar) and Frankincense Essential Oil.
