My skin type is combination all year around, but gets worse in winter. It’s very frustrating when I am putting on my foundation and there are dry patches all over my face. Blacksoap & Cane Sugar Facial Scrub Description:
This blend of all natural superior ingredients creates a radiant glowing complexion and helps with balancing all skin types as well as helping with clearing up acne, dark spots and fine lines. It is cleansing without being drying or harsh. This gorgeous scrub can also be used as a mask – just leave on for an additional 15 minutes and rinse.
My Thoughts: This scrub is phenomenal! I have combination skin and suffer from dry patches, which I DESPISE! Now that spring is in full affect I can scrub away my winter blues. Ingredients like red clay and volcanic rock, remove impurities, tighten pores, and exfoliate. I applied the scrub to a wet face and massaged it into my skin. I was very surprised that the scrub did not irritate my face, as I am sensitive to certain exfoliates. All ingredients are finely grinded, leaving your skin balanced, clean, and glowing. I left the scrub on as a mask as suggested for 15 minutes, but found that it dried my skin a little and I had to apply moisturizer. I did notice the difference if left on longer, my skin did not look dull but brighter! I recommend this product to anyone looking to brighten and bring a glow to their face. As with every product make sure to patch test the skin to make sure the product does not irritate the skin.

Facial Oil Description:

My Thoughts: The facial oil is so light weight. It absorbed quickly, instantly, had an absolutely divine smell of Rosemary, and did not make my skin feel greasy in the least. Just extremely hydrated and nourished. I loved applying it as a makeup primer, it controlled my dry patches that tend to show more after applying foundation. The facial oil was the perfect finish after using the Blacksoap & Cane Sugar Facial Scrub. My skin glowed naturally that I would go some days without wearing makeup. This special blend is mixed with great oils that balance the skin and help fight any skin conditions you are facing.
